Lee resizing lubricant is required with this die set.

Please note: Uberti has cut the shoulder in their weapons .050 shorter than SAAMI specs. Shorten resizing die head space .050″.

If you find your reloaded .44-40 cartridges will not chamber in your Uberti weapons, it is not the dies. Uberti has decided to cut the .44-40 chambers to a standard other than SAAMI. The shoulder in the chamber is .050″ closer to the breech face. If you return the resizing die to the factory, we will adjust it for you at no charge.
